 Subject : Offer for setting up a "SWI Nitrous Oxide Plant"

 Dear Sir,

 This is to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of various industrial gas manufacturing plants viz. Oxygen,

 Nitrogen, Acetylene, Nitrous Oxide, etc.

 We are pleased to submit herewith an offer for a Nitrous Oxide Plant as under.

 CAPACITY :  

 For manufacture and supply of one "SWI - 9" cumtr/hr. Nitrous Oxide Plant comprising of Plant and

 Equipments as described under 'Scope of Supply' as per Annexure "A".

 PRICE :

 Rs. 25,50,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Lacs Fifty Thousand only.)

 Ex - works Pimpri. Excise exempted at present. Sales tax extra.

 Rs. 1,65,000 (Rupees One Lac Sixty Five Thousand only.)

 Plus travel & stay of our staff at your place, for erection commissioning on supervision basis.

 Rs. 2,65,000 (Rupees Two Lacs Sixty Five Thousand only.) for complete installation, testing and

 commissioning of one "SWI - 9" cumtr/hr Nitrous Oxide Plant as described under 'Scope Of Supply' as per

 Annexure "B".

 DELIVERY :

 Plant and equipment under Scope Of Supply as per Annexure "A" can be delivered ex - works within 3/4

 months from the date of order and advance. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Plant and Equipment

 supplied under Scope Of Supply as per Annexure "A" can be completed within 2 months from the date of

 commencement of erection work at site subject to prior completion  of all machine and equipment foundations,

 Plant building, power supply, cooling water services, etc.

 PAYMENT :

 30 % along with order, 20% within one month, 20% within two months and Balance 30% before delivery by DD

 payable at Pune.

 GUARANTEE :

 One year.

 EXCLUSION :

 As per Annexure "C".

 UTILITIES :

 As per Annexure "D".

 JURISDICTION :

 Subject to Pimpri Jurisdiction.

 UNFORESEEN :

 The above commitments are subject to unforeseen circumstances.

ANNEXURE "B" : SCOPE OF INSTALLATION WORK

 a. Services of necessary supervisory personnel, skilled 

     and unskilled workers.

 b. Supply of consumables. Tools and tackles, etc.

 c. Painting of equipment only with one coat of red oxide

     primer.

 d. Testing & Commissioning of plant equipments.

 ASSUMPTIONS :

 a. The buyer shall arrange the following free of cost.

  i. Civil work including foundations for the plant and the

     same shall be made ready by the Buyer before the

     commencement of actual erection.

 ii.  Power supply and electrical distribution switch gears

     are excluded from our "Scope Of Work".

iii.  Necessary cooling water supply will be provided by the

     BUYER.

 b. Suitable crane and other handling equipment required

     for lifting as well as unloading pipes should be provided

     by the BUYER as and when required in the works CIE

     will be provided during the period of installation.

 c. We will provide all necessary details / specifications, 

     drawings etc. required for foundation and power wiring.

 d. 230 / 440 volts, 50 cycles, single / three phase AC

    supply complete with necessary wiring for all the

    instruments are required to be provided by the BUYER.

ANNEXURE "C" : EXCLUSIONS IN THE SCOPE OF SUPPLY

 01. All work beyond battery limit.

 02. Design, supply and execution of all the civil engineering and building work including

      shop crane, if required and domestic supplies.

      Design, supply and erection of structural and steel work ladders, platforms,

      handrails etc. as required.

      Design, supply and erection of all other trench covers, wall boxes, drains, ducts, 

      grouting and associated work.

 03. Design, supply and installation of all the electrical systems including transformers,

      switch gears, power cables, wiring including energization of supplier's equipment.

 04. Design, supply and installation of suitable cooling and chilled water system

       including cooling towers, water treatment plants, pumps, pipes work, valves and 

       fittings to the individual equipments flanges.

 05. All lubricants, grease, gases and other utilities and consumables required for

       testing trial and commissioning.

 06. Cost of power for welding, lighting, etc. during erection.

 07. All tools and tackles required for maintenance and operation.

 08. Fire alarm and fire fighting equipments.

 09. All painting except prime coating where necessary.

 10. The services of trained operating personnel on full shift basis for testing, start up,

       commissioning of the plant.

 11. Site insurance to cover Third Party Liability.

 12. Vacuum Pump to vaccumize cylinders.

 13. Any other item not specified under "Scope Of Work"

ANNEXURE "D" : UTILITIES

 01. WATER :

 De-mineralized water for purpose and compressor cylinder lubrication will be required

 approximately 550 ltrs hr and of specifications. PH between 7.5 - 8; Total dissolved

 solid less than 10 ppm. Commercial zero hardness.

 02. COOLING WATER :

 Approximately 400 ltrs of soft filtered water required per hour for circulation through the

 compressor jacket and condenser of freon unit assuming a temperature of 8 to 10

 degree Celsius. Chiller water in circulation will be required approximately 200 ltr / hr.

 Make up water will be required approximately 460 ltr / hr.

 03. QUALITY OF SOFT WATER :

 PH between 7.5 - 8.0 .

 04. POWER :

 Continuous uninterrupted AC power supply pf 440 volt 3 PH 50 cycles. The total

 connected load 48 KW.

 05. LAND & BUILDING :

 A small plot of land admeasuring 600 sq. mtr should be adequate for Nitrous Oxide

 factory. Total built up floor area shall be 300 sq. mtrs. incl Ammonium Nitrate godown 

 will be about 350 sq. mtrs. and height 5 mtr. The above floor space will include a small

 enclosure for test laboratory.

 a. One Supervisor cum Chemist.

 b. One Helper.

 c. One Plant Operator.

 d. One cylinder filler.

 e. One Pot Attendant.
